Catering Information

Seekatz Opera House contains almost 300 square feet of catering kitchen facilities to meet any groups needs. This newly constructed catering kitchen has all of the modern amenities and is designed to make it easy to store and serve food efficiently and to make clean up as easy as possible. You may select your own catering companyor use one of our approved caterers if you wish to use someone who is familiar with the facilities and the area.Please contact one of our approved caterers for their prices or contact us for additional details on using your own caterer.

The kitchen if fully air conditioned and ventilated. The kitchen contains a 3-door commercial refrigerator, a humidified food warmer, a hand washing sink, 3-bin clean-up sink and a mop station. Additionally, the kitchen offers two, eight foot stainless steel preparation tables and a five-foot stainless preparation table and ample power outlets placed strategically across the ceiling to make running multiple appliances as clean and hassle free as possible.
